Fast Sideways Fluid (0.10.1 Alpha)

This release alters the way fluids flow, making sideways motion much faster, fixing that long-standing bug.

This release also fixes a deadlock issue that was very rarely causing the entire program to freeze when making a new world and become completely non-responsive, requiring it to be killed externally.
